Dr. Edward E. Hubbard is the president of Hubbard & Hubbard, Inc., an international human performance-consulting organization that specializes in techniques for diversity assessment, instructional design, organizational development, and applied performance improvement. Working both globally and domestically, Ed assists organizations with multicultural teams, recruitment and retention, diverse workforce integration, and strategic planning. As one of the pioneers in using metrics in diversity work, he developed automated software technologies for measuring return-on-investment. He has served on the editorial advisory board of the Harvard Business Review and has published over 40 books, including The Diversity Scorecard.
