The Global Competencies Inventory (GCI) measures leadership effectiveness competencies of corporate managers and global leaders in areas critical to interacting and working effectively with people of different cultures. It is designed for faculty and graduate students in universities as well as technical personnel, and middle and top management personnel in international corporations. Learning Objectives:
