D | Training Methods for Exploring Identity
The session will share self-discovery processes—from icebreakers to individual and team exercises—that can be used to explore identity. It will address why identity work is essential in intercultural training, how to set up and integrate identity exercises into programs so they will resonate with the groups we work with, and what ethical and practical considerations we need to be aware of when doing identity work.
